I have a passion for real estate. I have been in mortgage business for over 40 years. About 4 years ago I discovered the homebuying business, retired from my full-time employment and started Advantage HomeBuyers of VA. My background in the mortgage industry taught me the value of high-level customer service and creativity. Every mortgage loan application is different and requires some nuance of creativity to put it together and get an approval. I have taken those lessons and transferred them to the home buying business.
